Polycom Compatibility Requirements

All wired headset orders must specify a connection cable or the M22 Universal Amplifier for connection to the Polycom SoundPoint IP phones. Select from either the:

• QD cable (2.5mm to RJ9) for Polycom SoundPoint® IP 321 and IP 331 compatibility
• Polaris cable for all other Polycom SoundPoint IP phones or
• M22 Universal Amplifier works for any Polycom SoundPoint phone, recommend for IP 321/331

Note: The amplifier is recommended for persons who are on the phone 4 or more hours per day. The amplifier delivers improved call quality, reduces background noise, echo management, volume and mute controls and Quick Disconnect. Set Factory Switch setting to 5.
